X - X-ray or ultrasound? Ultrasound - had them for pain relief and pregnancy - I think they are quite amazing.

Our adventure day (4-26-08) Burke Lake Park

We went on another adventure day today. We went to Burke Lake Park close to our house. It was a GORGEOUS day and the kids had a BLAST~

Abigail was in her 1st school play!

She played the part of a butterfly and did a wonderful wonderful wonderful job!!!! I was so proud of her!
I can't believe she is almost out of Kindergarten! It has gone by tooooooo fast!
We were so glad Daddy was able to come to the play as well . . . what a blessing!

BCC Womens Retreat ~ A Day in the Life of a Princess ~

So, I just got back from a womens retreat with my church yesterday. I had a great time and learned a lot.

A good friend of mine Carrie LaHaie was one of the 2 women that put the whole thing together. She did an amazing, AMAZING job and I was so very impressed with everything that she did!

The theme was "A Day in the Life of a Princess". Basically how we are all God's princesses and all that entails.

It was a wonderful trip and I think I am still processing everything that went on there. During the time we had set aside for just us and God . . . I went to take pictures. I think it is amazing when I am able to capture God's creation.

Picnic @ the Washington Monument & the Tulip Gardens

There is a place right near the Monument (Washington) that is called the Tulip Libary . It is amazing!!!

The Cherry Blossoms in DC . . .

So my friend Kathy came out to visit me the end of March! It was SO WONDERFUL to have her here! We had so much fun just hanging out! She is a GREAT FRIEND!
We went to Arlington National Cematary, the Jefferson, washington and Linclon Memorails and there was also a kite festival going on. That was one of the most amazing things I have ever seen.
IF YOU EVER have the chance to come to DC around the time the blossoms are in full bloom, YOU SHOULD!
