My cats are still not here with us in Jakarta. We trusted this company called Club Pet in VA who we were told was completely competent with getting all of the paperwork and taking care of everything to make sure the pets get to you as soon as possible, but that has not happened.
They were staying with friends of ours in VA until Club pet said everything was ready and they could be shipped. My other friend Julie went out of her way to drive the cats to the shipping place. They said they would have to be there for max 5 days, and now they have been there for over 2 weeks. I am SOOOOOOO ANGRY!!!!!!!!!!! They keep coming up with one thing or another that is just going to have to keep them there for one more week (i think so they can make more on the boarding). my poor precious kittys have been stuck in a kennel for 2 weeks , without anyone they know, probably thinking we abandon them and i feel helpless . . . . I just want my family back together. We were suppose to expect issues on THIS SIDE of the globe, not in the US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
